“Having power is not nearly as important as what you choose to do with it.” ― Roald Dahl
An image + quote as a reply to – The Daily Post’s prompt: I Walk the Line – Have you got a code you live by? What are the principles or set of values you actively apply in your life?
Very true! 🙂

What a marvellous picture, i imagine your place is full of interesting objects and they are telling special stories to you..I hate power, my blissful state of being is atteined when nobody is trying to control and playing power games with me and I can relate to people freely. As long as I feel people craving to exercise power on me, I am already running away and hitching.maybe this iis due to my N contacts. I even loathe having power and authority on my cat and on my students..As though the concept fo power itself was negative on its own.

Humans and our relationship to the concept of power is an old and complicated dynamic, one which is very interesting to study.
Our relationship with our personal power and with other types of power tends to reflect how we have experienced those who had power over us when we felt powerless. Those who made us feel powerless in a bad way did so because they didn’t want us to have any power as they feared that might make us independent of them, our independence made them feel powerless, which terrifies them, and they feel powerful by making others dependent on them – then you can’t leave them and are trapped in their kingdom where they are king.
N’s are obsessed with power, they never have enough of it and misuse what they have. Most of the power they have is an illusion. Illusion is one of the most misused powers in the spectrum of power.
