One Lovely Blog Award Nomination – Colemining – made of the myth

I was going to reblog a post by one of my favourtie bloggers to follow on WordPress, but…

I decided it was too difficult to choose and so I went for the easy and lazy option of just reblogging the entire blog by nominating it for a blog award.

My logic… makes sense sometimes.

The courageously outspoken – Madeline Scribes – nominated me for a One Lovely Blog Award – HERE – please check out the blogs of the other nominees.

Again, thank you… most of all because receiving a nomination allows me to pass it on and there are so many voices in the blogging world which need to know they are heard and appreciated, and are encouraged to keep doing what only they can do because they are unique.

The above link will take you to an excellent post by my nomination for this award – Colemining – made of myth – a blog powered by a blogger who has a very real and passionate-infused voice which carries because it is real and passionately-infused. It’s a voice which crosses the boundary between writing and speaking, and doesn’t need emoticons to tell you what expression is etched on the face of their words.

The rules of this award are:

I’m going to skip the 7 things about me – those things are all over my blog, and if you’re reading this… you know them or know how to know them if you want to know them. This isn’t about me…

This – There it is again – is one of my favourite posts. There are many more… although I often forget to press the ‘like’ button because I get caught up in the post and frankly ‘like’ does not express what I feel about the post once I get caught up in it. Sorry…

There are many great posts on this blog… it’s up to you to find them by exploring a wonderful blog created and maintained by a soul with heart and mind intertwined, passionately willing to share their voice with the world, publicly, and with bravery, and in a very human way.

We’re all in this together… but we’re all unique!

  1. Well aren’t you just the greatest?! What an amazing way to start off a chilly Saturday here in Toronto. I can’t express how much I appreciate your words- and high praise of my ramblings. I didn’t start the blog expecting any ‘reward’ (or award, for that matter), but the experience is continually rewarding as I am exposed to wonderful people who, like me, take the time and effort to really think about things- and how they feel about the things that need thinking about.
    It is a great existential comfort to be able to acknowledge the presence in this world of people with wisdom, kindness and experiences that they are willing to share.
    Thank you again- you have truly made my day!
